Why can't I sign in with my Apple account?

Personal Apple IDs circumvent content filtering and restrictions put in place by ALPSS that each teacher and student agreed to abide by when signing their release forms. If you are found using a personal Apple ID on our iPads, your device may be wiped without warning or notice. Please be advised that all activity (web, app, location, and other information) can and will be tracked and monitored by OITS in accordance with the HIDOE Digital Device Usage Policy. Users should have no expectation of privacy on HIDOE-owned devices.

Only managed Apple IDs are supported on ALPSS devices. To get a managed Apple ID, please create a new ticket.
