Why is my app request taking a long time?
Individual app requests
If you've requested an app for your class/school, do note that your request needs to be reviewed, tested, and vetted before it is deployed. Many factors can play into how long this process takes. For example, if the app you've requested is large (complex), every facet of it must be reviewed and screened. If you've requested multiple apps, the review time can be multiplied by however many apps you've asked for.
School-year app requests
If you've submitted your school-year app request form after the final due date of August 5, 2022, do note that your request will be given the lowest priority in the queue as you are well past our deadline. Tasks and tickets with a higher priority will take precedence, and your request will be fulfilled when able. Contacting ALPSS administrative staff directly will not change the status of this precedence.
