I lost my manifest paper. Could you send me a new one?

In order to prevent fraud and abuse, only one manifest is provided and included in your shipment box. We will not send you a copy.

If you have lost your paper, please send us a ticket or email with the following:

  • A photo of each serial number in your shipment.
  • The delivery slip that was provided by the parcel carrier.
  • Your e-signature in PDF format.

Please note that if your shipment was not checked in on time, your devices may be remotely locked and/or reported as stolen. To avoid that, please promptly notify us if you have received your shipment but have lost the manifest.
